COVID19 Procedures

 

We take the health & safety of our guests & staff very seriously. We want nothing more than for our guests on site to feel as safe as possible, so we're currently taking extra precautions in our check in & housekeeping processes to create such a space.

Check-In Process: We're currently conducting "contactless check in" procedures for all of our guests. All credit cards on file for reservations will be manually run for the entire amount of the stay, the morning of the check in date. If you would prefer another card being used for your reservation, please let us know at the time in which we contact you prior to your check in date, or call us at any time to update your credit card information.

Confirmation Calls: We will be calling all existing reservations 2-3 days in advance of your check in date to confirm the information on file & to provide your room number, along with all additional information needed to successfully access your room when you arrive on site for check-in. If  we do not get a live person on the call, we will leave a voicemail with the details by the morning of the reservation. If at any time you need us prior to arrival, you can call the lodge at 435.826.4000 & we'll then be happy to provide all contactless check in details!

Cleaning Procedures: At this time, we're taking extra precautions when cleaning our rooms to create the most sterile environment possible. All staff members are wearing masks when attending to guests & when cleaning. All high touch surfaces are being disinfected, including door handles, remotes, lamps, blinds, etc. Our carpets are disinfected daily & all linens are changed out upon each checkout. We also strive to keep rooms vacant for 24-48 hours after each checkout, when feasible. Please do note, that although we are doing our best to provide the safest environment possible for our guests, we cannot 100% guarantee that a guest in our lodge will not be exposed to COVID19. We do suggest individuals practice suggested safety techniques, such as social distancing & wearing masks when exposed to others.
