COVID19 Procedures

 

We take the health & safety of our guests & staff very seriously. We want nothing more than for our guests on site to feel as safe as possible, so we're currently taking extra precautions in our check in & housekeeping processes to create such a space.

Check-In Process: We're currently conducting "contactless check in" procedures for all of our guests. All credit cards on file for reservations will be manually run for the entire amount of the stay, the morning of the check in date. If you would prefer another card being used for your reservation, please let us know at the time in which we contact you prior to your check in date, or call us at any time to update your credit card information.

Confirmations: All pet rooms will receive confirmation calls ahead of your scheduled reservation to confirm whether or not you'll be traveling with a pet (if we don't yet have this information). Otherwise, both the initial confirmation email & the guest reminder emails that are received by our guests will have all necessary contactless check-in details. If you find you don't receive these emails or are a third party reservation customer (Expedia, etc), feel free to contact us any time prior to your reservation for any needed contactless check in details. 

Cleaning Procedures: At this time, we're taking extra precautions when cleaning our rooms to create the most sterile environment possible. All high touch surfaces are being disinfected, including door handles, remotes, lamps, blinds, etc. Our carpets are disinfected daily & all linens are changed out upon each checkout. We also strive to keep rooms vacant for 24-48 hours after each checkout, when feasible. If you have any questions regarding our current COVID 19 cleaning policies, please feel free to reach out to us at any time for more information. *Do note that Garfield County, Utah does NOT have a mask mandate in effect for our industry. We leave it up to the discretion of our employees to choose whether they prefer to be masked or unmasked when on site at the lodge.

Please do note, that although we are doing our best to provide the safest environment possible for our guests, we cannot 100% guarantee that a guest in our lodge will not be exposed to COVID19. We do suggest individuals practice suggested safety techniques, such as social distancing & wearing masks when exposed to others.
